Project Description: PPP Advise on Lesotho Policy
The Ministry of Finance in Lesotho requested SADC3P to provide support towards revising the draft PPP Policy Paper which has been designed by IFC and other consultants in the year before. SADC3P asked XS-Axis Consulting to join and assist the Ministry of Finance in finalizing the draft PPP Policy Paper. Our team revised the existing draft and coordinated the process mutually with colleagues of IFC and SADC3P. Results were presented to stakeholders in Lesotho mutually with Deloitte South Africa and comments were received to come up with final version.
Activities
- Review of existing documentation and work rendered by 2 other advisory firms, Castalia and REBEL
- Draft a new Policy in coordination with relevant stakeholders and in compliance with Regional Strategy draft by XS-Axis Consulting aimed at harmonizing PPP Policies across the region
- Holding of Stakeholder meeting in Maseru to present the draft version of the Policy document
- Consider all comments and come up with final draft to pass the Cabinet
