XS-Axis Consulting was the lead adviser in consortium with F1F9 to successfully deliver a financial modeling tool using Microsoft Excel to help our client in determining Value for Money of infrastructure projects under PPP scheme versus traditional public procurement. The PPP Unit will use this tool to assess viability of projects.<\/p>\n

XS-Axis Consulting advised DRPE and coordinated with relevant Government Stakeholders across sectors to develop Terms of Reference for the upcoming tender of a study in the water sector. XS-Axis Consulting, in consortium with Genesis Analysis, has been appointed as advisers to Zambia’s PPP Rapid Support Assessment. The objectives are to provide assessment on the country’s status-quo, identify existing gaps impeding the implementation of the PPP policy, recommend a suitable PPP framework, and develop a PPP project pipeline screening.<\/p>\n

Following up 2015, the PPP Procurement Program has moved towards with a pilot program with 5 projects across sectors such as Water, Waste to Energy, Street Lighting, and Airport.
