Project Title: PPP Market Scoping - Rwanda Trade Fair
The advisory work has been mandated in Rwanda with the idea of exploring the viability of a PPP procurement for the envisioned trade fair and exhibition centre in Kigali. Market scoping included launching interviews with trade fair infrastructure and asset holders as well as operators to get a proper view of viable options for a PPP financing of the Trade fair. Results will be presented to render a decision on behalf of the permanent secretary as to whether a PPP is viable option for this project.
Activities
XS-Axis Consulting was asked to conduct reviews of feasibility study on design of trade fair and trade fair world-wide market. Interviews were carried out with trade fair providers to render market scoping exercise on viability of private financing of infrastructure and operations of trade fair. Finally, a draft a report to provide assessment of PPP viability based on market scoping was submitted.
